International Day of Peace

The International Day of Peace will be celebrated on September 21! We invite you pray this prayer service developed by the JPIC office, and to consider registering for a webinar on Nonviolence and the Web of Creation, hosted by the Maryknoll Office for Global Concerns, at noon (ET) 9/21.


In the United States, National Migration Week will be celebrated Sept. 20-26! Please take time to reflect on this resource, prepared by the Immigration Committee.

Climate Change

The Season of Creation began on September 1! This week, consider registering for this webinar on Sept. 22 (7-8:30pm ET): Toward a New Global Renaissance Session II (mailchi.mp), in which Dr. Joe Holland and Dr. Heather Eaton will aid us in comprehending more fully the roots of our global crisis and the routes toward a more sustainable future by considering how western education is a shaper of world-views and our world.
